The Case Tracker project aimed to streamline case management across multiple city agencies with distinct processes by introducing a centralized system to manage and track housing vouchers. Our role focused on program management and quality assurance, ensuring that this ambitious project was not only implemented successfully but also operated smoothly once in place.

Our team worked closely with the systems integrator, conducting audits and reviewing invoices to ensure accountability.

Release Management & Data Integration

We also handled user acceptance testing, smoke testing, and data validation to keep the system running smoothly.

Application Support

Day-to-day, we monitored the production environment, maintained key documents, and delivered detailed reports and analytics.

We brought clarity and control to a complex environment. We established strong governance, clear requirements, and standardized controls to minimize risks and improve quality.
